The ceremony takes place at the <strong>Royal Palace of El Pardo<\/strong>, presided over by <strong>His Majesty King Felipe VI<\/strong>, with the presence of <strong>Minister Diana Morant<\/strong> and <strong>Secretary of State Eva Ortega-Pa\u00edno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This award honors Beatriz\u2019s remarkable career in the development of <strong>advanced nanomaterials for biomedical applications<\/strong>, a field in which she continues to make outstanding contributions with vision, dedication, and scientific brilliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This edition also marks a historic milestone: <strong>for the first time, more than half of the awards were granted to women<\/strong> \ud83d\udfe3,  a powerful step forward for equality in the Spanish scientific landscape.
